Now celebrating its tenth anniversary, the Imagine Cup is the world’s premier student technology competition focused on finding solutions to real-world issues. Last year, over 358,000 students from 183 countries/regions participated in Imagine Cup 2011.  Since 2003, over 1.4 million students have participated in the Imagine Cup.  Now it's your chance to step up to the challenge!

 

The Imagine Cup encourages the world's most talented designers, programmers, developers, and technology enthusiasts to tackle, head on, issues related to: the fight against hunger, disaster relief, poverty, secure energy systems, education, disease control, healthcare, the environment, assisting people with disabilities, and many other critical problems. This Imagine Cup Competition is your chance to:

-- Solve some of the toughest problems facing us today, and maybe even turn your ideas into a business.

-- Learn new technological skills and test yourself against the brightest students on the planet.

-- STAY TUNED! The Imagine Cup 2012 Competitions will be announced in just a few weeks. We will send you an e-newsletter when the Competition information is released. On that date, you can access the competition details, rules, entry requirements, timeline, and forums.

-- REMEMBER your entry for Imagine Cup 2012 will have to be aligned to the Imagine Cup 2012 Theme: "Imagine a world where technology helps solve the toughest problems." So spend some time studying this exciting theme.

-- The 2012 Worldwide Finals will be held in Warsaw, Poland from July 3-8, 2012.
